1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services made available on or throughhttps://petsu.inand/or the Petsu mobile application (collectively, the "Platform", and together with the services made available on or through the Platform, the "Services"). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy and any guidelines, additional terms, or policies issued by us from time to time ("Supplemental Terms"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Supplemental Terms relating to specific Services, the Supplemental Terms shall prevail.

2. Contractual Relationship

These Terms form a binding contract between Petsu Hub Private Limited ("Petsu", "we", "us", "our") and you, the user of the Services ("you", "Customer"). If you represent another person (e.g., a pet owner), you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

4. Services Offered

(a) Online Veterinary Consultation

Live chat or video consultations with qualified veterinary professionals ("Veterinary Professionals").

(b) Pet Grooming Marketplace

Appointment booking with independent pet groomers ("Grooming Professionals").

(c) Additional Features

Appointment scheduling, reminders, payment processing, digital records, and user feedback.

(d) Independent Providers

All services are provided by independent professionals. We verify their credentials but do not guarantee quality, suitability, or outcomes.

(e) Limitations

Online consultations are not a substitute for emergency, in-person care.

(f) Territory

Platform is intended for use in India unless stated otherwise.

5. Account Creation

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date details.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by negligence.

6. Bookings

  • Confirmed only upon payment (if applicable) and acknowledgment.
  • If a provider becomes unavailable, we may reschedule or offer a replacement.
  • Timings are indicative and may change based on provider availability.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation rules vary by service type and will be displayed at booking.
  • Late cancellations may incur fees.
  • Refunds are granted at our sole discretion except where required by law.

8. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are shown before booking; may vary due to location, demand, or promotions.
  • Taxes are included unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers; we are not liable for their errors.
  • Platform or convenience fees may apply.

9. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat providers respectfully.
  • Not request off-platform services.
  • Avoid illegal activities, harassment, or false reviews.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. User Content

By posting reviews, ratings, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it. We may remove content violating these Terms.

11. Data & Privacy

We handle personal data as per our Privacy Policy and may share necessary details with service providers to fulfill bookings.

12. Disclaimers

  • • Petsu is a technology platform, not a veterinary or grooming service provider.
  • • We verify credentials but do not guarantee outcomes.
  • • Service outcomes are the provider's responsibility.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches or misuse. Certain provisions survive termination.

15. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees you paid for the booking concerned.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your actions, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Terms and Conditions for Service Partners

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to veterinary professionals and grooming partners ("Service Partners") offering services via Petsu.

2. Onboarding & Verification

  • Submit accurate details and credentials.
  • Veterinary Professionals must provide valid licenses and certificates.
  • We may periodically reverify documents.
  • False information can result in immediate removal.

3. Service Standards

  • Deliver services professionally, safely, and on time.
  • Veterinary Professionals must follow standard protocols.
  • Grooming Partners must maintain hygiene and safe pet handling.
  • We may monitor quality through customer feedback.

4. Payments & Commission

  • Payout requests can be made after completing bookings.
  • We deduct a commission per booking (subject to change with notice).
  • Payments are made to the registered bank account.
  • Payment gateway charges may apply.

5. Cancellations & Availability

  • Honor all confirmed bookings.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may lower your ranking.
  • Reviews influence visibility.

6. Customer Interaction Rules

  • No off-platform bookings or solicitations.
  • Communicate through the Platform except when service fulfillment requires direct contact.
  • No harassment, unsafe conduct, or discrimination.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • • Grooming Partners are responsible for pet safety during service.
  • • Veterinary Professionals are responsible for medical advice and treatment.
  • • Petsu is not liable for malpractice, negligence, or harm caused.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Use customer data only to fulfill booked services.
  • Do not store, sell, or use data for unrelated purposes.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or remove your account for breaches, fraud, poor service, or safety issues. Partners may stop offering services with written notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
